Joseph Baniak : Achievements as a Professional

On the web, I came across a good person Joseph Baniak who served the US Air Force for 14 years. He is an MBA and served positions performing duties like project management, procurement, mission coordinate and small group leadership.

During his service, he worked as a Program Manager in Iraq and as Maintenance Operations Officer in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

While serving the position of Program Manager for the United States Air Force in Iraq, Major Joseph Baniak used to analyze problems on a daily basis to formulate decisions under the pressure of a war zone. He coordinated available training resources and supply assets to maintain and sustain a 455 member organization. He was also set in duty to oversee the management of a 980 bed Airman dormitory along with the a massive 272 thousand square feet training facility.

He managed operations of 450 military, civilian and contractor personnel in 40 USAF career specialties as a Maintenance Operations Officer. In Iraq and Afghanistan, he trained, inspected and otherwise prepared 300 personnel on safe and successful deployments.

He traveled a lot around the world but after retiring from the military, Joseph Baniak is seeking a position to show off his industry skills and abilities in leadership and logistics in a organization with a presence in the Middle East because of his likeness of the Middle East Zone.

You can read about him on his website here and his blog here.
